Fairly easy - I was really surprised when I learned how to do this. All you have to do is reach in above one of the number rings and push the 'comb' over. This lock pops open, more dirty ones I have require you to pull on the shackle to pop it open - if you have one of these or know where one is try it - You should feel the tension against whatever tool you use.
